Rubbersilk® 23
Rubbersilk® 23 is a coating based on a structured polysiloxane matrix, specifically developed for application to elastomers and plastics. Its unique structure provides excellent non-stick properties against all types of adhesives (e.g., tapes, labels, films, or hot melts) while simultaneously generating good traction . The maximum temperature load on the workpiece being coated is 120°C.
Typical applications: rubber rollers, 3D printed parts, plastic surfaces, etc.
Application-related preliminary tests are absolutely necessary!
Rubbersilk® 43
The Rubbersilk® 43 coating is based on a super-smooth polysiloxane matrix , which gives the surface excellent traction properties . The smooth surface also exhibits easy-to-clean properties with adhesives and hot melts, making it particularly easy to clean . The maximum temperature load on the workpiece being coated is 120°C.
Typical applications: rubber rollers, 3D printed parts, plastic surfaces, etc.
